When I think "designer", I think and say character designer. Specifically Yoshiyuki Sadamoto, Bruce Timm, and Jhonen Vasquez.

And when I think and say "indie comic book" I pretty much only think Johnny the Homicidal Maniac.

All the other stuff, the FLUFF. The things you've HEARD, is whack.
