I'm ah fiah stahtah. Twisted Animator

Well, apparently, I turned into an amateur animator today, as I just created my first 3-keyframe reel of mini animation on my computer, with a trial copy of FlipBook 6 animator software. I hand drew the cells myself. I drew some fabric, waving in the breeze. Apparently I don't just know how to DRAW wild fabric. I also know how to animate wild fabric. Must've been watching too much Spawn. All those Todd McFarlane Fabric Studies paid off finally. Made it a whole lot easier to animate. It's important to consider the kinetics of it all, and the directional line under structure...and the contour of the cloth. What shape and form does it take. This is one of my best new techniques since Notan and spotting blacks. I'll eventually do a neo-noir flipbook with digital ink on the computer, but I gotta save SOMETHING for later.

Later.
