there was a grave misunderstanding between me and this Amazon employee. Because my "Budget" said $50,000 (which is not what you owe, it's the net worth of your campaign, which is a fortune above what you actually pay, which is in the hundreds, usually under $1,000, almost never more than $1,000. He irresponsibly just assumed my budget size was much "you owe." He actually just assumed I owed a massive amount. He actually had the nerve to claim I owed a whopping "$150,000.00" and told me this over the phone in 2013, check the phone records for J.M. customer service in 2013, and find out what this guy's name is and fire him. As it turned out, I owed Amazon less than $200.00

I'm considering suing his employee, if you can only figure out what his NAME is. He only said his first name, and I think I dealt with 2 or 3 people who did that at the time. This resulted in my old JM KDP account being banned entirely, And I still can't access the Amazon account associated with that first AMS account, yet ironically and by some miracle and change of fate, my first AMS account never got banned, just disabled. I've been trying to undo the financial damage to my account this employee has done by his assumptions and misinformed IOU ammounts on Amazon KDP and AMS. I lost a lot of money because of this. I even had the number one selling Amazon Kindle Manga Title, you can look it up: End Times: Anthology, by J.M. Matthews. But that got yanked from the f*cking BESTSELLER LIST Even because some high and mighty Amazon employee(s) doesn't know how AMS analytics f*cking work. I lost all my bestseller money, to say nothing of all the other titles I was advertising and selling successfully. But he/they took that from me, and on a false pretense no less. Now I have a bad reputation with Amazon kindle and it's all because of him. FIRE HIM.

Or at least do something about it. This treatment I've been receiving isn't fair. And is very damaging. Please understand.
