Well,
Amazon, fired, er, “banned” me from self-publishing/distributing
Kindle e-books with them for pretty much forever, due to me spending
too much on my marketing budget. Lesson learned. So from now on, I'll
be publishing the book I still mostly, if not ENTIRELY FROM NOW ON,
through Lulu.com, so please update your bookmarks if your interested
in publishing ebooks or printbooks of my writing and artwork..
