Frankly, the guy who LOOKS LIKE a director/producer/writer is 20 times more likely than the guy who doesn't. 70% of the time, actually getting the part does involve "Looking the part", no matter how much actors rail against type casting. Doesn't matter. Hollywood CARES about how it looks
